About

Many leaders are physically present but mentally somewhere else. They are home, but still working internally. They are with family, but distracted. They are resting, but unsettled. They are praying, but hurried. They are sitting with their spouse, but not fully listening. They are near their children, but emotionally tired. The Presence Reclamation Practice helps leaders come back to the life their leadership is meant to serve. In this guided framework, you will identify where presence has been missing, name what keeps pulling your attention away, create a transition ritual to move out of leadership mode, choose one meaningful presence anchor, and practice returning gently when distraction happens. This framework is especially helpful for leaders who want to be more emotionally available, spiritually grounded, relationally connected, and mentally present at home and in the moments that matter most. By the end, you will have one practical presence rhythm that helps you arrive more fully and return more quickly when you drift. Estimated Completion Time 45–75 minutes Recommended Materials Pen Paper or notebook Calendar One relationship, moment, or rhythm where you want to reclaim presence Optional: completed Capacity Cost Audit, Energy Restoration Rhythm, Inner Pressure Release Map, or Boundary Integrity Blueprint
