About The Cohort
Many leaders know they need boundaries, but they struggle to keep them. They say yes too quickly. They answer messages during family time. They take back delegated work. They protect a recovery block, then give it away. They communicate a limit, then over-explain it. They make exceptions because they feel guilty. They become resentful because the boundary was never clear. The Boundary Integrity Blueprint helps leaders create boundaries that are clear, kind, specific, and sustainable. In this guided framework, you will identify one boundary breakdown, name what the boundary protects, define the actual line, prepare a calm communication statement, and create a plan for keeping the boundary when it is tested. This framework is especially helpful for leaders who want to protect capacity, family presence, deep work, recovery, client quality, team ownership, and emotional steadiness without becoming harsh or unavailable. By the end, you will have one clear boundary you can communicate and keep with integrity. Estimated Completion Time 45–75 minutes Recommended Materials Pen Paper or notebook One area where you feel resentment, depletion, overextension, or repeated boundary frustration Optional: completed Capacity Cost Audit, Energy Restoration Rhythm, or Inner Pressure Release Map
