About

Leadership execution often breaks down when important priorities stay vague. You may know what matters. You may even know what you should do. But without a clear commitment, next action, protected time, ownership, obstacle plan, and review point, the priority can keep carrying over from week to week. The Execution Commitment Loop helps you turn intention into follow-through. In this guided framework, you will choose one important commitment, define the next visible action, give it time and ownership, prepare for the resistance most likely to interrupt it, and create a review loop to complete, revise, recommit, or release. This framework is especially helpful for leaders who want to reduce open loops, rebuild self-trust, and make meaningful progress on what they say matters. By the end, you will have a clear execution commitment and a practical follow-through plan. Estimated Completion Time 45–75 minutes Recommended Materials Pen Paper or notebook Calendar Quiet space One current priority, task, decision, or commitment Optional: your completed Weekly Leadership Rhythm, Deep Work Protection Plan, or Reactive Work Triage
